Ok, I’m intrigued.

Tell me more.

Change is now part of everyone’s job description.
Leading it. Integrating it. Navigating it.

And it turns out…

Transformation is even harder than we thought. Only 22% of companies in our analysis successfully transformed themselves.

A 78% failure rate quantifiably affirms how tough it is to transform an organization. How companies engage their employees can be the difference between success and failure."

It’s time to change

“Immediately I'm feeling more resilient. ARC renewed my attitude and efforts to change in an environment that is change-averse.”

Does this sound familiar?

  • I’m committed to change but so overwhelmed—Where to begin?

  • My ideas always face resistance from key stakeholders—like my boss.

  • People are supportive of change… until they have to change how they do things.

  • I don’t understand why people won’t just do what I say!

  • The change is nonstop. I’m exhausted, and so is my team. Can I really do this?

“A fresh and super-pragmatic approach that equips you to work with complexity without getting bogged down in change management theory.”

These 10 Truths of Radiant Change are our guide.

Grounded in neuroscience, systems thinking, developmental psychology, mindfulness and design thinking, they are as practical as they are powerful.

In a supportive cohort of your fellow changemakers, we’ll apply these 10 Truths to a concrete change you’re looking to make in your work or in your world. In the process, we’ll challenge those old systems that are no longer serving us and unlock our individual and collective potential for transformation.

Asked Questions

  • This is part-learning lab, part-group coaching program. You'll be invited to explore and evolve your relationship to change. You'll learn new concepts and skills, and immediately apply them in your own work, supported by a cohort of other change leaders.

We meet weekly on Zoom for 6 weeks, working our way through the 10 Truths of Radiant Change. You’ll also receive the ARC Playbook, which is packed with reflection prompts, case studies and resources to support you on your way. And you’ll meet with Kristen 1:1 to go deeper into where you might be getting stuck, and how to lean into your own transformational leadership.

  • The one that is most important to you right now! Is your team restructuring or shifting strategic priorities? Is your culture ripe for a reset? Are you introducing a new program or championing a community initiative? Are you making a career change or recalibrating your own work and life balance?

ARC can help you lead powerfully in all of these change scenarios and more. The ARC application will help you find the right one to focus on.

  • ARC is for anyone looking to lead change in a system (organization, team, community, family, etc.)

I have news for you: If you found your way here and are trying to lead change in some capacity, you’re a leader in my book. Besides—as we’ll discuss in the course—those in leadership roles are not always in the best position to lead change. They need your help! This is a good place to start.

  • All sessions are recorded, so if you miss one you can catch up. I do encourage you to make these 90-minute sessions a priority, because community is a vital element of any successful change.

  • Absolutely. Send me a note and we can discuss whether to integrate your team into a public cohort or host a private cohort just for you.

Leading change can be lonely work.

Let’s do it together.
